Jason Cuvelier Secretary The CONECA Board of Directors called the following meetings and voted on the following motions: James Motley notifies the CONECA BOD (on June 1st, 2023) that the annual online meeting is now in session. “Annual Meeting is now open. First on the list is the report from Board Seat #1. (Attached) Open for discussion.” MEETING IS NOW OPEN
June 4th, 2023 Motion, Peter Lukic I make a motion to approve board seat #1 report. Second, M Lighterman Passed Yes: 6 No: 0 Abstain: 0
June 7th Motion: Greg Bennick, I move to accept it (CONECA Board Seat #3 YN) as is. Seconded by J Cuvelier Passed Yes: 7 No: 0 Abstain: 0
June 10th Motion: James Zimmerman, I would like to make a motion to accept seat #7’s (Errorama) report as written. Second by J Miller Passed Yes: 9 No: 0 Abstain: 0

June 28th Motion: James Zimmerman, I make a motion that members pay $65 for their banquet tickets and Coneca picks up the odd amount. Second by G Bennick Passed Yes: 6 No: 0 Abstain: 0
July 1st Motion: James Zimmerman, I make a motion to allow Logan Wostyn to order 2 tablecloths for Coneca for the ANA show and 1 table runner to replace the stained one. Total not to exceed $500. Second by G Bennick Passed Yes: 7 No: 0 Abstain: 0
July 19th Motion: James Zimmerman, “I make a motion that if for any reason a member is removed from the Board, they are not eligible to receive the Hall of Fame award ever. Any member who has resigned from the board before July 15th, 2023, shall not be eligible to receive the Hall of Fame award. If a member resigns from now, July 16th, 2023, onward the board shall vote as to whether or not the reason is valid enough to keep them off the Restricted Hall of Fame award list for not completing their term.” Second by M Lighterman Passed Yes: 6 No: 1 Abstain: 0

September 4th Motion: James Motley, I would like to make a motion that we move forward with the shirt designs and colors as listed below. Shipping will be an additional $5 per shirt in USA only and can be ordered via an email to Logan at zifmeister@yahoo.com and PayPal is the same. These prices allow CONECA to get a $5 per shirt profit. I would suggest that those who setup at shows for CONECA get 1 shirt free (with photo proof or attending a major show with other Board Members or State Reps in attendance) and others at CONECA cost No there are no other colors or designs available at these price points.
