The Forum is growing along with CONCA’s main site and to accommodate that I’m making a motion to the BoD to move to a new hosting provider that is better versed in VBulletin, WordPress and data base management. I suggest we go with (someplace).com to purchase their VBulletin managed Platinum packed @ $499.00 along with their root level SSL certificate @ $29.00 yearly to manage conecaonline.org and board.conecaonline.org. I’d like to make a motion for CONECA to purchase increased storage space for the CONECA Master List. I’d like authorization to spend no more than $790 to purchase server space with a new one year contract in place (as soon as possible so the next batch of our listings can be posted.) Lukic\Wostyn

Article III: GOVERNMENT
Section 2: The Board of Directors shall consist of eight members whose duties shall be as described in the Bylaws.
Section 4: If a vacancy occurs within the Board of Directors because of death, dismissal, or resignation, a special election will be held to fill the vacancy for the remainder of the vacated term unless the period of vacancy starts after December 1 of an odd-numbered year. In this event, the President may appoint any member to fill the vacated Board seat for the remainder of the term of office, subject to the approval three-quarters majority of the remaining members of the Board of Directors. However, at no time will more than two Board members be serving under such appointments; special elections will be held to fill any Board seats vacated after two such appointments have been made and approved.

Section 5: Incumbent Board members will be automatic nominees for their positions unless that Board member chooses not to seek re-election. and renumber Section 6 5, Section 7 6, Section 8 7, Section 8 7, Section 9 8, , Section 10 9,
These above changes will be needed to be sent to the membership for their vote. This was done and was voted in by the membership.
The following bylaw changes needs to be voted upon by the board and published 30 days before they go into effect. No vote needed by the members to eliminate Board Seat #6
Article I: OFFICERS Section 5
Board Seat #6 – ATTRIBUTION AND EXAMINATION SERVICES
Responsible for initiating and running the attribution and examination services to club members, acting as a liaison between the third party grading services and CONECA to maintain the CONECA slab program, and giving oversight to the publication of all specialty books including the publication of the CONECA RPM and Doubled Die files.
Appointments to be supervised: Attributers, Examiners.
And remove the following: Board Seat #5 – WEB MASTER
Responsible for development and regular maintenance of the content of the club’s website including quarterly rotation of the feature article, updating the biographies of Officers, Board of Directors, Hall of Fame members, Literary Award winners, and any other special recognitions, uploading of articles from past issues of Errorscope into an education center, and any other function the Board of Directors approves for the club web site.
Appointments to be supervised: Web Technician(s), Assistant Website Editor(s) .

Board Seat #5 – Digital Content
Responsible for the development and regular maintenance of all digital platforms CONECA maintains. Works with the Board to expand the digital information CONECA offers it’s members and the public. Should have an understanding of, or be able to manage appointees who understand various content management systems, data base management and social media. Appointments to be supervised: Web Technician(s), Assistant Website Editor(s), Social Media Editor(s)

Motion to have the attribution and examination fees be $6 for members and $10 for non members. $10.50 for priority postage (unless a SASE has been supplied) and extra for insurance. There will be a limit of: 5 coins per submission for variety (attributions) and 10 coins per submission for error (examinations). An inventory of submitted coins must be included. Cuvelier\Lukic
